Eligibility for Returns

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.

• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, please contact us at mail@naikcraft.com within the eligible period and mention your order details and reason for return.

• Once approved, our team will provide instructions on how to return your product.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

• For exchanges or store credit, please specify your preference when initiating your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards or downloadable products

• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

• Used, damaged, or altered products (unless damaged in transit).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or full refund—including any shipping charges incurred.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on voluntary returns or exchanges.

• For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Naik Craft will cover return shipping.
