Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During high-volume periods or festivals, order processing may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days post-processing.
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available in select locations, extra charges may apply).
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10-21 business days.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Free shipping is available for select order values and promotions (details at checkout).

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Orders can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website with the provided tracking number.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.
Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time. Naik Craft will communicate delivery expectations for such orders directly.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Naik Craft is not responsible for delays or costs due to customs clearance.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
For damaged, lost, or missing packages, report to mail@naikcraft.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with your order and tracking details. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
